Our print process begins with the creation of eye catching ads by AdsPay USA's Graphic Arts Department. Once approved, digital files are outsourced to our Printers via FTP. The Prepress department prepares the files for printing and posts digital proofs online. The Printers prepress department utilizes the latest technology including twelve Dual 3.0 Ghz Processor RIPs, more than twenty Macintosh and Windows workstations, and over three terabytes of online storage! Top of the line by today's technological standards.

Once we approve the proofs online the files are ripped, plates are made on one of three Fuji Luxel V9600 Plate Setters. The plates are then taken to the Heidelberg M-2000 Sunday Press, which is just one of many heat set, open web, and sheet-fed presses. The press in action is an amazing site to see. The complexity of the parts, the size of the machine and the speed of the press is incredible! After printing, the books are saddle-stitched for completion on the new SP1100 binder. 

Finally, addresses are placed on the books using an inline inkjet system and drop-shiped to the United States Postal Service for final delivery.
